Cut the bottoms off wine bottles to use for candle covers. It keeps the wind from blowing them out when outside.
Instructions: Cutting the bottom off is simple. Tie a piece of Cotton twine around the bottle as close as possible to the bottom. Soak it with lighter fluid. Light it and when flame burns out just set the bottom of the bottle in a bowl of cold water – plink the bottom will fall right off.
