Coming to you straight from the Academy Awards! It was a fun night at the Oscars last night and I thought that Ellen was probably the best host I've ever seen on the show. Congratulations to all the winners. There are definitely a couple of movies on my "to do list" that I have not yet seen. I thought that beyond the nominated songs that were sung, Pink singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow, and Bette Midler singing Wind Beneath My Wings, were both awesome. Though it went late, it was worth watching.
Thanks Mom, for texting with me throughout the show. We had a good time and I went to bed with a smile on my face and better yet, a smile in my heart. It doesn't get any better than that. Love you!
